RouteXL advertises unlimited routes, and that part is true on every plan including the free one. What is capped is stops per route: 20 free, 100 on the €35 plan and 200 on the €70 plan. There is no tier above 200, so the stop ceiling is hard however much you pay. Geo2 Pro has no ceiling at $7.99 a month. The free tier also carries a fair use limit of around 20 routes a day.
MyWay: 15 stops free, no proof of delivery form

MyWay matches Geo2's 15 free stops and has a genuinely good mobile interface, which is its strongest card.
What it does not have is a proof of delivery form. Zeo has the widest range of ways to add stops on a free plan: typing, voice, pin drop, manifest upload and order book scan. If your stop lists arrive in a different format every day, that flexibility is worth real time.
Its unlimited tier at $15.99 a month is the most expensive of the mobile apps, close to double Geo2 Pro, and it has no AI voice assistant and no height or weight restriction routing at any price
RoadWarrior: fewest free stops

RoadWarrior gives the lowest free stop count here at 8, and those free routes are only accessible on the device that created them, with no sync until you pay.
Stops can only be added by searching an address. There is no scanning, no manifest photo and no voice input. Proof of delivery amounts to a check-in at the stop with no photo or signature. Pro at $14.99 a month still caps routes at 120 stops, plus 500 optimised stops a day and 250 uploaded addresses.
